Return Period

Because our products are personalized and made just for you, returns are only accepted if the item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

In these cases, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.


Item Conditions

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will provide instructions and the return address.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order items
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind
  • We do not accept returns if incorrect information was provided by the customer

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible, we will provide a replacement.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the process.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels as standard.


Cancellation Policy

Because each item is made just for you:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.

We will do our best to assist if production has not yet begun.
